Please read over these questions before submitting a custom cookie quote request form.

1. How do I place an order?

You’ll first fill out my Custom Cookie Quote Request form. This is where we start planning your cookies. Once the form is submitted I will you send you a follow up email where we will discuss the cookies in further detail to ensure your cookies are completed exactly as you wish. I will then email the final quote. Once an agreement is established, I will then send you an invoice. The invoice must be paid in full within 48 hours of receipt to ensure your spot on my calendar.

2. Is there a required minimum amount for custom orders?

Yes. For custom regular sized cookies, there is a minimum of 1 dozen and for custom mini cookies, there is a minimum of 2 dozen.

3. What are your prices?

A dozen standard size (3-4″) cookies start at $42. Please see the “Pricing and Minimums” tab found at the top of the page for more details.

4. How much time in advance should an order be placed?

Due to limited availability, a two week window is required before the pickup date. In the event that I’m able to take a last minute order (less than two weeks before pickup date) there may be a 25% rush fee.

5. When and how do I pay?

Payment is required 24 hours after I send your invoice. There are payment instructions at the bottom of the invoice. Orders must be paid in full before I place the appointment on my calendar.

6. How are your cookies packaged?

Unless otherwise discussed, all of my custom cookies are individually wrapped in a food safe cellophane bag and heat sealed. A color coordinated ribbon can be added for an additional $3/dozen or I can provide a cookie arrangement on a platter carefully wrapped in cellophane with a decorative, color coordinated bow for an additional $8 per platter.

7. Do you have gluten free or vegan options?

I am not offering gluten free or vegan cookies at this time.

8. Are you able to ship your product?

Unfortunately, due to Florida’s Cottage Food Laws, I am unable to ship my product.

Do you take corporate orders?

Absolutely! Simply contact me via email at katie@sunnydaysweets.com or use my Contact page and we can hash out the details.

Do you offer a discount on bulk orders?

At this time, I do not.

Additional Important Information:

Pickup location: 5253 4th Ave. N.; St. Petersburg FL, 33710. Pickup days are Fridays and Saturdays after 12pm. Once a pickup time is established, let me know when you are close via text and I will bring your cookies directly to your vehicle.

Coloring: Often I am asked to match a certain color and while I will do everything in my power to do so, some colors may not be exact.

All sales are final. I do not offer refunds however, your satisfaction is of upmost importance! If for some reason you’re not happy, I will be glad to discuss the issue and try and resolve it as fairly as I am able.
