Please read over these questions before submitting a custom cookie quote request form.
Order pickup: Pickup details are found on your invoice.
1. How do I place an order?
You’ll first fill out my Custom Cookie Quote Request form. This is where we start planning your cookies. Once the form is submitted I will you send you a follow up email where we will discuss the cookies in further detail to ensure your cookies are completed exactly as you wish. I will then email the final quote. Once an agreement is established, I will then send you an invoice. The invoice must be paid in full within 48 hours of receipt to ensure your spot on my calendar.
2. Is there a required minimum amount for custom orders?
Yes. There is a minimum of 1 dozen per order. After the minimum is met, order in any increment you need. Need 13? I got you. Need 40? I got you.
3. What are your prices?
A dozen standard size (3-4″) cookies start at $72. Please see the “Pricing and Minimums” tab found at the top of the page for more details.
4. How much time in advance should an order be placed?
Due to limited availability, a two to three week window is optimal before the pickup date. In the event that I’m able to take a last minute order (less than two weeks before pickup date) there may be a 25% rush fee.
5. When and how do I pay?
Payment is required 48 hours after the invoice is sent. The invoice has a safe and secure payment link from which you can directly pay. Orders must be paid in full before I place the appointment on my calendar. And guys, I’m a one person operation, so in order to keep my head on straight, I have to streamline as much as possible. This means I can’t send payment reminders. It’s purely a first come, first serve basis. If I don’t receive payment within the grace period, that spot reverts back to “open” on my calendar.
6. How are your cookies packaged?
Unless otherwise discussed, all of my custom cookies are individually wrapped in a food safe cellophane bag and heat sealed. A color coordinated ribbon can be added for an additional cost.
7. Do you have gluten free or vegan options?
I am not offering gluten free or vegan cookies at this time.
8. Are you able to ship your product?
Currently, I do not offer shipping.
9. Do you take bulk orders (10 or more dozen)?
Absolutely! Simply contact me via email at email@example.com or use my Contact page and we can hash out the details.
10. Do you offer a discount on bulk orders?
I do not.
11. Do you deliver?
I do not deliver at this time.

Pickup location: 106 Meadowcross Dr. Safety Harbor, FL 34695. Pickup days are Fridays and Saturdays unless another day was discussed. Details are found on your invoice.
Coloring: Often I am asked to match a certain color and while I will do everything in my power to do so, some colors may not be exact.
All sales are final. I do not offer refunds however, your satisfaction is of upmost importance! If for some reason you’re not happy, I will be glad to discuss the issue and try and resolve it as fairly as I am able.
